Lavinia Becker earned a double bachelor’s degree from The Institute for Global Outreach Developments in Biblical Studies and Community Development, with an emphasis on Latin America History. In 2008, Lavina was involved with development work, including education, literacy, community organizing, and organization of construction of homes in Latin America and East Asia. She then went on to get an Associates in Law from the National University of Mexico (UNAM) and studied both in Mexico and El Salvador. She obtained her J.D. from Nashville School of Law, graduating in the Dean’s List. After being admitted to the bar, Lavinia focused her practice on contract law and mergers and acquisitions. She joined Kaman & Cusimano in 2024, bringing her drafting knowledge to assist community associations.
