Matthew Markley earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2021 after graduating from Oakland University in 2017 with a degree in Communications. Prior to joining Kaman and Cusimano, Matthew focused on insurance litigation matters, general transactional, corporate matters, and collections.
Matthew addresses all community association issues but focuses his practice on recovery of delinquent accounts, foreclosures, smalls claims litigation, and bankruptcy. He understands the significant role associations play in the lives of owners and enjoys providing sound counsel and education to associations when confronted with legal issues within the community.
