Rob is an associate attorney with Kaman & Cusimano, where he focuses his practice on the operational issues facing condominium and homeowner associations. Rob advises association boards on interpretating and complying with governing documents, drafting and reviewing contracts, addressing maintenance and repair responsibilities, and navigating meetings, voting procedures, and other corporate governance matters.
Rob earned his law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law after graduating magna cum laude from Cleveland State University with a degree in Urban Planning. His professional experience includes working with the Cleveland Metroparks and the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission property and land use matters. Combining his legal experience with a background in real estate and urban planning, Rob brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to the legal and property challenges facing community associations.
