Amy Peterselli earned a degree in Communication and minor in Political Science from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana before obtaining her law degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School. After law school, Amy practiced community association law in Illinois before being admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 2021.
Amy joined Kaman & Cusimano in 2024 and works out of the Wisconsin office. Amy’s familiarity in community association law provides the experience needed to handle contract and governing document review and preparation, association meetings and enforcement remedies for our clients. Amy understands the unique challenges faced by community associations and welcomes the opportunity to help clients navigate their community association needs.
