Michelle Polly-Murphy Named Partner at Kaman & Cusimano!

Kaman & Cusimano is proud to announce that Michelle Polly-Murphy has been named a Partner of the firm. Since joining K&C in 2019, Michelle has demonstrated exceptional leadership, litigation experience, and dedication to serving community association clients throughout Ohio.

Michelle has played an integral role in the firm’s Assessment Recovery Department, handling contested assessment recovery matters statewide and mentoring attorneys in foreclosure, litigation, and courtroom practice. Her leadership led to her appointment as Director of Collections/Assessment Recovery for Central and Southern Ohio in 2022, followed by leadership of the Foreclosure Team in 2023 and her role as Senior Litigator in 2025.

Throughout her career, Michelle has successfully argued appellate matters and helped establish case law in areas involving creditors’ rights, foreclosure, and community association assessment recovery. She has also built strong, long-lasting relationships with community association managers and clients, earning a reputation for confidently navigating complex litigation and challenging association matters.

Michelle’s dedication to her clients, her colleagues, and the continued success of K&C makes this recognition especially well deserved.

Please join us in congratulating Michelle Polly-Murphy on this exciting achievement and her new role as Partner!
