Reid Owens is a Nashville native and Tennessee-licensed attorney who earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. Prior to joining Kaman & Cusimano, Reid gained experience in both law firm and in-house legal environments, with a particular focus on contracts, corporate matters, compliance, and transactional legal work.

Reid’s experience includes reviewing and drafting contracts and other business agreements, assisting with corporate governance matters, conducting legal research, analyzing contractual and regulatory issues, and providing practical guidance on legal and operational concerns. During law school, Reid also served as an In-House Counsel Intern with the Nashville Predators, where he assisted with contracts, nondisclosure agreements, compliance matters, corporate governance, intellectual property, and other legal issues affecting the organization.
