Born and raised in Logansport, Indiana, Craig Beougher is an Associate Attorney with Kaman & Cusimano, LLC. Craig brings more than 20 years of legal experience representing businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, and community associations throughout Indiana.
Craig’s practice focuses on community association law, including assessment recovery, mortgage and lien foreclosure, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. He advises condominium associations on assessment collection, covenant enforcement, governance matters, governing document interpretation, and litigation strategy. His extensive experience representing lenders and creditors provides valuable insight when helping associations address complex legal and financial challenges.
Prior to joining Kaman & Cusimano, Craig served as an attorney for the Indiana Department of Child Services, representing the agency in CHINS and termination of parental rights proceedings. Before his service with the Department, Craig represented lenders, businesses, and individuals in matters involving mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, title curative actions, estate administration, guardianships, and general civil litigation. His appellate experience includes successfully briefing and prevailing in a published decision before the Indiana Court of Appeals.
