IAN C. MULLENHOUR

Ian Mullenhour earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021 after graduating from Miami University where he received a degree in Psychology with a Criminal Justice minor. Ian joined Kaman & Cusimano in 2020 as a law clerk, and now as an attorney.  Ian focuses his practice on covenant enforcement matters as well as handling general litigation such as contract disputes, disability and fair housing concerns, and municipal proceedings for both Ohio and Kentucky community associations. Ian is also active with the Community Associations Institute and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Valley Chapter and as a delegate for the Chapter to the Ohio Legislative Action Committee. He also routinely speaks at national and local legal and industry seminars on topics such as Reserve Funding, Legal Ethics, and Artificial Intelligence use in community association governance.

Ian recognizes the complex role a community association board has in successfully operating the community it governs. He understands the importance of efficient communication, concise guidance, and zealous advocacy to ensure the communities the firm represents can achieve the best outcome both inside and outside the courtroom.
