Jason Charlton enlisted in the US Army after high school where he started his legal career as a legal clerk in the JAG Corp., assisting with a wide array of matters from executing estate planning documents for soldiers deploying, to working on high-level criminal prosecutions.
After serving 8 years, Jason came back to Northeast Ohio to attend college and law school. While attending college and law school, Jason worked in various roles in different organizations including solo-practitioner offices and some of the largest firms in the area, Common Pleas Courts and the Medicare Hearings and Appeals Court, and several businesses with in-house law departments.
As an attorney, Jason worked in various roles including civil litigation, domestic relations, criminal defense, probate, and estate planning. This varied work experience gives Jason a wide perspective from which to draw when assisting clients.
