Malcolm Foster earned his law degree from Belmont University College of Law in 2023 after graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Mac joined Kaman & Cusimano as an Associate Attorney in 2026. He brings experience in creditor’s rights and collections litigation, with a practice focused on community association assessment recovery. Understanding the critical role assessments play in supporting nonprofit community associations, Mac works closely with boards to develop practical and efficient strategies for recovering assessments and maintaining the financial health of their communities.
