Morgan Hapner earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law in December of 2025. Morgan earned her undergraduate degree with honors from Miami University in 2021, where she majored in Political Science and Psychology and minored in Criminology and Sociology.
Morgan focuses her practice on assessment recovery matters, assisting community associations with efficient and effective collection strategies. Ms. Hapner joined Kaman & Cusimano in 2024 as an assessment recovery paralegal while attending Chase’s evening law program, gaining valuable hands-on experience working full time in the legal field throughout her legal education.
Through her work with the firm, Morgan developed practical experience in assessment recovery and community association law, working closely with attorneys and clients to navigate collection matters and achieve practical solutions. Her dedication, work ethic, and firsthand industry experience allow her to provide responsive and detail-oriented representation to community associations.
