Lydia Chartre earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carthage College and then later earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Marquette University Law School. Lydia has extensive experience advising condominium association boards on myriad issues facing them, including declaration and bylaw amendments; assessment collections and foreclosure; rulemaking, voting and governance issues; and HUD and fair housing issues. Lydia’s ability to listen carefully and tactfully to clients allows her to keep an open mind and anticipate counterarguments from opposing parties.

Lydia and her team organize legal seminars for property managers and community association boards that cover topics such as development and management of condominium associations and collections and post-foreclosure considerations.
