Darcy Mehling Good

Darcy called upon her personal experiences from six years of being a condominium owner/resident and board secretary to better understand and address the challenges faced by community associations. She focused her practice on annual meetings, and has drafted amendments and developed and reviewed association rules to ensure compliance with the governing documents and any state and federal laws, especially fair housing laws, and reviewing contracts. Additionally, Darcy was in charge of all aspects of the firm’s assessment recovery, particularly complicated foreclosures and bankruptcies, while maintaining procedures consistent with the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
