Attorney Nicholas Meinert Named Partner!

We are pleased to announce that Nicholas (“Nick”) Meinert has been named a Partner, effective July 1, 2023. Nick joined Kaman & Cusimano in 2015 and currently serves as the Firm’s Director of Operations. Throughout his time at Kaman & Cusimano, Nick has consistently shown a strong commitment to enhancing efficient  association operations. His areas of focus include governing document rewrites, rulebook reviews, assistance with mortgage industry compliance and corporate procedure issues, contract review and drafting, as well as successful resolution of employment matters.

In addition to his work at the Firm, Nick is actively involved with the Community Association Institute, where he currently serves on the Ohio Legislative Action Committee. He has also presented at the National Law Seminar in 2020 and 2023, and received recognition from the College of Community Association Lawyers for the “Best Manuscript” of the 2023 College of Community Association Lawyers Law Seminar. Nick’s exceptional abilities have been acknowledged by his selection as a 2023 Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a publication by Thomson Reuters.

Nick has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues, board members, community association managers, and association owners through his adeptness in providing innovative solutions to challenging situations. We extend our warm congratulations to Nick for his many accomplishments and eagerly anticipate his continued success in his new role as a Partner at Kaman & Cusimano.
