On May 23, 2024, Partners Dan Miske and Lydia Chartre presented a webinar for the Wisconsin Chapter of CAI titled “Reserves, Lending: What You Need to Know About FNMA/Freddie Updates, and How It Affects Your Association.” This webinar brought together attorneys, reserve study specialists, and bankers to educate managers and homeowner leaders about the new FNMA/Freddie updates and how to utilize their reserve study with lending to achieve capital projects and maintain their association.
