Jay Cusimano, Managing Partner, has successfully completed the EOS Integrator Masterclass by completing 10+ hours of virtual video training and over 5.5 hours of group coaching calls. The EOS system was implemented by Jay at K&C and has been successfully used since 2021. EOS isn’t a computer operating system. It’s a people operating system that harnesses human energy through a simple set of tools and principles. Jay saw the potential for getting the right people in the right seats, and making meetings more productive so people actually look forward to them, and build a culture of accountability.
