Eads, Murray & Pugh Joining Forces With Kaman & Cusimano

Expanding Excellence in Indiana Community Association Law

Eads, Murray & Pugh and Kaman & Cusimano are proud to announce we are joining our teams, marking a significant step forward in our shared commitment to exclusively practicing community association law throughout the Midwest. This partnership brings together two leading organizations with a unified mission to serve community associations with unmatched expertise and dedication. Together, we have the largest number of attorneys in the nation who have earned the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) designation from the Community Associations Institute.

Both Eads, Murray & Pugh and Kaman & Cusimano are aligned in upholding K&C’s core values, which center on maximizing UNITY in each community, where are our attorneys and staff:

  • Unburden our clients of their problems and make them out own
  • Nurture long-term relationships with our boards and their professional community association managers
  • Interact and support each other and our clients as a TEAM
  • Test and challenge each other in a collaborative way, and
  • Yearn to be the best at what we do!

Kaman & Cusimano’s Indiana office will continue to be led by CCAL Fellow Tom Murray, who will continue to leverage his decades of community association legal knowledge along side the dedicated EMP attorneys and staff. The Firm also is excited about future key personnel enhancements, as well as new and substantial resources for our board member clients and their managers.

This collaboration will ensure clients continue to benefit from the highest caliber of legal counsel and a steadfast dedication to the unique needs of community associations. Together, we look forward to continuing our long tradition of advocacy, education, and proactive legal solutions for associations in Indianapolis and across all of Indiana.
