Attorney Michelle Polly-Murphy gave a presentation at the 2026 Ohio Lake Communities Association’s Annual Conference.  Established in 1969 as a nonprofit corporation, the Ohio Lakes Communities Association consists of 22 distinct lake communities in Ohio. Its mission is to enhance communication among these communities, serving as a platform for exchanging ideas and staying updated on matters impacting lake communities.  Michelle’s session at the Annual Conference focused on the topic of assessment recovery.
