K&C Attorneys present at 2026 CAI National Conference

K&C Attorneys Ian Mullenhour and Maggie Myers recently presented at the 2026 CAI Annual Conference and Exposition which was held June 3-5  in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Hosted by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the conference is the premier networking and educational event for community association managers, HOA board members, and service providers.  Ian presented on The Ethical Use of AI; What to Automate (and What Not To), offering practical guidance on levering emerging technology while maintaining professional and ethical responsibility. Maggie presented on Investing Reserves, What Does the Future Look like?, providing insight into evolving reserve investment strategies and considerations for community associations. Both sessions were well attended and received outstanding feedback from attendees.  Congratulations to both Ian and Maggie on their successful presentations.  Their participation highlights K&C’s continued commitment to leadership and excellence within the community association industry.
